Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all ticket purchases made through the ClickMyPass platform (the “Platform”), operated by ClickMyPass Private Limited (“ClickMyPass”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a ticket on the Platform, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
1. General Terms
- All ticket purchases made through the Platform are considered final unless otherwise stated in the event-specific terms and conditions.
- ClickMyPass acts only as a facilitator between event organizers (“Organizers”) and attendees (“Customers”). Decisions related to cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling of events are determined by the Organizer.
2. Cancellations by Customers
- Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, modified, transferred, or refunded by Customers unless expressly permitted by the Organizer.
- Customers are strongly advised to review event details (date, time, venue, ticket category) before completing the purchase.
3. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling
- If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, ClickMyPass will notify Customers using the registered email or phone number.
- Refunds (if approved by the Organizer) will be processed through the same payment method used for booking.
- If an event is rescheduled, the Organizer may provide options to attend the event on the new date or request a refund (if permitted).
4. Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
- Timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or card issuer. ClickMyPass will not be liable for delays outside its control.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
- The booking fee or convenience charges levied by ClickMyPass are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Any third-party charges (such as payment gateway fees) may be deducted from the refund amount, as applicable.
6. Invalid or Fake Tickets
- ClickMyPass shall not be responsible for refunds against invalid, duplicate, or fake tickets purchased outside of the Platform or unauthorized channels.
- Customers are encouraged to purchase tickets only from the official Platform or authorized partners listed on the event page.
7. Responsibility of Organizers
- Organizers are solely responsible for ensuring the authenticity of their events and for communicating any cancellations, modifications, or refunds to ClickMyPass.
- ClickMyPass, as a ticketing facilitator, disclaims liability for Organizer decisions regarding refunds or cancellations.
