Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) outline your legal rights and obligations regarding your access to and use of the ClickMyPass website and any associated mobile or software applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement with ClickMyPass Private Limited (“ClickMyPass”/“We”/“Us”/“Our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Platform or its Services.

By visiting our Platform and/or purchasing tickets, you engage in our Services and agree to comply with these Terms, including any additional policies or conditions referenced herein or made available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all Platform users, including event organizers, attendees, customers, and content contributors.

Your use of the Platform is governed by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, available on the Platform.

We may update these Terms periodically without prior notice. You are encouraged to review them regularly. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific event-related terms published on the Platform, the event-specific terms will take precedence.

Definitions

  • “Customer” or “You” refers to any user who purchases tickets, attends events, or otherwise uses the Services provided on the Platform.
  • “Organizer” or “Merchant” refers to event organizers, venues, or third parties who list and sell tickets through the Platform.

Services Overview

ClickMyPass is a streamlined, hassle-free ticketing solution designed for event organizers. Whether you're hosting a small workshop or a large festival, our Platform provides tools to sell tickets online, manage attendees, and ensure smooth check-ins with a simple and transparent fee structure.

Eligibility

You must be legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform with supervision and consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account and Registration

All users must create an account to purchase or sell tickets on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. By registering, you consent to receive communications from us, including transactional and promotional messages. You may opt out of non-essential communications via your account settings.

Content

Users may submit reviews, images, event descriptions, or other content (“Customer Content”). You retain ownership of your content but grant ClickMyPass a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for providing and promoting Services.

ClickMyPass content, including design, code, and trademarks, remains our exclusive property. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Event Terms

ClickMyPass facilitates the sale and purchase of event tickets between Organizers and Customers. We display event details such as dates, venues, and ticket prices as provided by Organizers. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with both these Terms and any event-specific conditions set by the Organizer.

Payments

We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking through secure third-party processors. For some events, offline payment options may be available via authorized promoters.

Pricing & Confirmation

All ticket prices and availability are determined by Organizers. Offers announced by Organizers do not apply retroactively. After completing payment, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation, which must be presented at the venue for entry.

Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in the event-specific terms, tickets once sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Refunds, if applicable due to cancellations or rescheduled events, will be processed at the Organizer’s discretion. ClickMyPass may assist in communication and processing refunds but is not liable for Organizer decisions. Any booking or service fees charged by ClickMyPass are non-refundable.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets may be delivered via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or physically, depending on the event setup. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their tickets. Damaged, lost, or unauthorized tickets may not be honored at the venue.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that your account details are accurate.
  • Do not resell or misuse tickets without authorization.
  • Follow all event and venue rules.
  • Avoid submitting misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.

Limitation of Liability

ClickMyPass acts solely as a facilitator for ticketing services and does not organize or control events. We are not liable for cancellations, changes, or damages arising from Organizer decisions, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
